Inspect base pan for restricted drain openings\u2014remove obstructions as necessary<\/p>\n
Inspect coil and cabinet\u2014clean as needed<\/p>\n
Inspect fan motor and fan blades for wear and damage\u2014on older models lubricate as needed[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Indoor Units” tab_id=”1474901204424-ec29bbae-f9ec”][vc_column_text]Inspect and clean blower assembly (includes blower housing, blower wheel and motor)<\/p>\n
On older models, lubricate motor and inspect and replace fan belt if needed<\/p>\n
Check combustion blower housing for lint and debris and clean as necessary<\/p>\n
Inspect evaporator coil, drain pan and condensate drain lines. Clean as needed<\/p>\n
Inspect for gas leaks in gas furnaces<\/p>\n
Inspect burner assembly\u2014clean and adjust as needed.<\/p>\n
Inspect control box, associated controls, wiring and connections<\/p>\n
Clean or replace air filters<\/p>\n
